Ham
It is the hind limb of the pig. It is made through a process of salting and subsequent curing and maturation, which is done slowly in our natural drying rooms and cellars.
Acorn Fed
Product made from a pig that lives freely in the pasture, which provides it with all its food. It finishes its fattening in the montanera, a period in which the acorns fall from the oaks.

The “Iberian” pig is the crossing of a 100% Iberian female pig with a Duroc or Iberian male pig.
Knife-cut slice
Presentation of the product in thin slices, cut with a knife, ready for consumption.
Ham, salt, antioxidants: E-331iii, E-301,conservatives:E-252,sugar, dextrose.
Absence of allergens
Vacuum packed product, keep at refrigeration temperature.
Food ready for consumption, it is recommended to remove it from the packaging a few hours before and consume it at room temperature (22 – 24 ºC).
