Abanico
The abanico is the "external covering" of the ribs.
It is a relatively thin piece with high marbling. The result is flavorful, juicy, and crispy meat.
Fresh
A product is defined as fresh if it has not undergone any preservation processes other than refrigeration, freezing, or blast freezing, including vacuum-packed or modified atmosphere-packed products.
Presentation
Frozen product, vacuum-packed.
Best before
24 months from the date of packaging and freezing (provided storage conditions are maintained).
Pork Abanico
Store frozen at approximately -20ºC in its original vacuum-sealed packaging.
Thaw slowly in the refrigerator for about 24 hours and in its original packaging to maintain all its properties.
