Lagarto
Shaped like an elongated strip, the lagarto is located between the rib chop and the loin.
It is a thin piece with marbled fat, making it very juicy meat.

Presentation
Frozen product, vacuum-packed.
Best before
24 months from the date of packaging and freezing (provided storage conditions are maintained).
Pork lagarto
Store frozen at approximately -20ºC in its original vacuum-sealed packaging.
Thaw slowly in the refrigerator for about 24 hours and in its original packaging to maintain all its properties.
