Loin
The loin is the back of the pig. It is marinated, stuffed and transformed by curing and maturing, which is done slowly in our natural drying rooms and cellars.
Acorn Fed
Product made from a pig that lives freely in the pasture, which provides it with all its food. It finishes its fattening in the montanera, a period in which the acorns fall from the oaks.
Iberian
The “Iberian” pig is the crossing of a 100% Iberian female pig with a Duroc or Iberian male pig.
Natural Casing
The loin is stuffed in natural casing.

Presentation of the product in a whole piece.
Loin, salt, spices, dextrose, sugar, antioxidants: E-301, E-331iii, conservatives: E-252, E-250.
Absence of allergens
Store in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight and if the product is vacuum packed, store at refrigeration temperature.
Remove the casing before consumption. Food ready for consumption once sliced. For vacuum-packaged presentations, it is recommended to remove from the packaging a few hours before and consume at room temperature (22 – 24 ºC).
