Morcón

It is a cured meat product made from pork cuts and lean meat with infiltrated fat. The meat is coarsely chopped, seasoned, stuffed into pork casings, and then cured and aged slowly in our natural drying rooms and cellars.

The red color comes from the paprika added to the marinade.

Acorn Fed

Product made from a pig that lives freely in the pasture, which provides it with all its food. It finishes its fattening in the montanera, a period in which the acorns fall from the oaks.

Iberian

The “Iberian” pig is the crossing of a 100% Iberian female pig with a Duroc or Iberian male pig.
