Loin
The loin is the back of the pig. It is marinated, stuffed and transformed by curing and maturing, which is done slowly in our natural drying rooms and cellars.
Acorn Fed
Product made from a pig that lives freely in the pasture, which provides it with all its food. It finishes its fattening in the montanera, a period in which the acorns fall from the oaks.
Iberian
The “Iberian” pig is the crossing of a 100% Iberian female pig with a Duroc or Iberian male pig.
Sliced
Presentation of the product in thin slices, cut by machine, ready for consumption.
Loin, salt, spices, dextrose, sugar, antioxidants: E-301, E-331iii, conservatives: E-252, E-250.
Absence of allergens
Vacuum packed product, keep at refrigeration temperature.
Food ready for consumption, it is recommended to remove it from the packaging a few hours before and consume it at room temperature (22 – 24 ºC).
