The "ala," also known as the "pluma," is part of the pork loin.

It is a fibrous cut with great flavor and the perfect balance of marbled fat. The result is tender and juicy meat.

A product is defined as fresh if it has not undergone any preservation processes other than refrigeration, freezing, or blast freezing, including vacuum-packed or modified atmosphere-packed products.

Best before

24 months from the date of packaging and freezing (provided storage conditions are maintained).

Pork Wing

Store frozen at approximately -20ºC in its original vacuum-sealed packaging.

Thaw slowly in the refrigerator for about 24 hours and in its original packaging to maintain all its properties.
