Chorizo

Chorizo ​​is a sausage made from lean pork pieces with infiltrated fat. It is chopped into large pieces, marinated, stuffed and transformed by curing and maturing, which is done slowly in our natural drying rooms and cellars.

The red color comes from the paprika added to the marinade.
